Food Service Director needed for children's summer camp. Responsible for supervision of food service operation, to include menu planning, food orders and inventory maintenance, staff training and supervision, meal preparation and cleaning, and operating within health code guidelines. Qualifications: Knowledge and experience of quality quantity cooking that emphasizes fresh foods, regular entree, vegetarian entree, and salad bar. Minimum age: 22 years Dates: June 5- August 14, 2007. Salary: $4300.00 for the summer with room, board, and health insurance included.
